Granola is such a tasty and healthy breakfast which gets my mojo going in the morning. Mix it with yoghurt and fruits and you have such beauties ready which are easy to pack and carry and can be had anytime of the day. Absolutely love this quick and simple recipe. I used the dried cranberry granola as that’s my favorite and added strawberries and blueberries. Feel free to create your own versions and add any fruit of your choice like mangoes, bananas, raspberries, etc.
PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
DIFFICULTY SCALE: Easy
- Granola – 2 tablespoons
- Yoghurt – 3 tablespoons
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Strawberries – 4
- Blueberries – 7-8
- Take a parfait glass or a small mason jar.
- Add 2 alternate layers of yoghurt and granola. Let yoghurt be the first layer you add to the jar as it eases mixing while you eat it.
- Top it up with honey.
- Cut fruits and add them on top.
- Consume immediately or within the next hour or so.
