This beetroot, carrot and apple juice is a great detox drink and rejuvenates your body. This is a powerhouse of minerals and vitamins and gives you the needed energy to carry out through the day. This is a fat-free drink which boosts your immunity in winter. I have added carrot and apple in this version, you can create this version with tomatoes as well.

INGREDIENTS: 

  1. Beetroot – 1, diced
  2. Carrot – 1, chopped
  3. Apple – 1
  4. Ginger – 1/2 inch
  5. Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
  6. Mint leaves – for garnish
  7. Salt

RECIPE:

  1. Peel the beetroot and carrots and roughly chop them and run them in a blender.
  2. Peel an apple and add them to the blender as well along with a small piece of ginger.
  3. Once this is turned into a smooth paste.
  4. Add a dash of lime and salt to it.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and serve fresh.
