Overnight Oats is the healthiest oats recipe which involved no cooking time and is really easy to make. Keep it in mason jars and it can be easily taken in your handbag and be eaten in a jiffy. You can create several variations by adding seasonal fruits and nuts.

INGREDIENTS:
- Oats – ½ cup
- Curd – ¾ cup
- Pomegranate – ½
- Banana – ½ cut in slices
- Walnuts – 1
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
RECIPE:
- Add oats, curd and honey to a mason jar. Mix well, if the mixture looks very dense, add a bit more curd or water to bring it to a loose mixture consistency. Refrigerate overnight. If you can’t keep it overnight, at least let it rest for 4-5 hours.
- Add any fruit and nut you like in the morning before serving cold.
